These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and oky777 (hereinafter referred to as "oky777", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your registration, access, and use of the oky777 online gaming platform available at https://oky777.app and all associated sub-pages, features, tools, and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform"). 2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the oky777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the oky777 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for selecting and maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. oky777 will never contact you to request your password. You must notify oky777 immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.1 Account Currency

All oky777 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wagering requirements, and bonus values are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

oky777 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, oky777 conducts identity, age, and source-of-funds verification checks on all Accounts. You may be required to submit the following documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests:

6. Deposits

Deposits into your oky777 Account are processed exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other Bangladeshi bank transfer services as listed on the deposit page.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• oky777 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. oky777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or network congestion.
• oky777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which oky777 accepts no liability.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction may be subject to limits as communicated on the withdrawal page.
• Any active Bonus Funds or associated wagering requirements must be forfeited or fully satisfied before a withdrawal of real-money funds is permitted, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the oky777 Platform is governed by the individual Game Rules applicable to each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant Game Rules before placing any wager. General rules that apply across all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. oky777 does not accept cancellation requests after a wager has been placed, except where expressly permitted by the applicable Game Rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account. oky777 does not honour winnings generated by a demonstrably malfunctioning game.

• For live sports betting, oky777 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds at any time where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match manipulation, or where reliable data cannot be confirmed.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oky777 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on oky777.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. oky777 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software defect will be voided and the Player's Account may be permanently closed.
• Impersonating another person, providing false identity documents, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to oky777.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the oky777 Platform — including but not limited to the oky777 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of oky777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without oky777's prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• oky777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

• oky777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or other events beyond oky777's reasonable control.

13. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by oky777 is governed by the oky777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting oky777's support team.

14. Responsible Gaming

oky777 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The following tools and resources are available to all Account holders:

15. Suspension & Termination

oky777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You are found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Your Account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory inquiry, or court order.
• You have failed to satisfy eligibility requirements, including minimum age.

Upon Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, oky777 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established, oky777 will process a final withdrawal of your confirmed real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting oky777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and settlement of outstanding wagers.

16. Amendments

oky777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, oky777 will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
